The peel, rich in essential oils, is steeped in alcohol. Part of the hydroalcoholic preparation is distilled in a small pot still, then mixed with the macerated part. The processes result in a totally natural liqueur, where intense and persistent flavors match with the gentle and fragrant notes of this fruit.
