C² Café is a cognac and coffee liqueur. The 100% Arabica coffee blend was selected together with a coffee specialist and importer, located few kilometres away from the distillery. Thanks to its highly specialised roaster, they are able to find the exact roasting temperature for the required infusion. For each new batch produced during the day, the coffee is freshly roasted and then grounded and infused in hot water within the Distillerie's cellars. A neutral alcohol is then added to stabilise this infusion. All these steps occur the same day to guarantee the best quality. Once filtered, the coffee extract is added to a cognac with vanilla, cinnamon, and mocha aromas. This cognac is specially made for this liqueur and represents more than half of the liqueur. Sugar is added to finalise the production and obtain the desired liqueur.

Nose: the nose is powerful with notes of hot coffee, roasting coffee, and vanilla. The cognac follows and completes the palette of aromas with delicacy.
Mouth: the mouth is round and smooth with a very nice length. The aromas of coffee, spices and vanilla are undeniably present and sublimed by a touch of cocoa.
