TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Crystalline, of a luminous platinum color. Consistent pearls.
Nose: Fruity like the olive, preserved fruits like nanches, spices like thyme, rosemary. The sweet tones are intense, with some lactic nuances, finalizing in style with fine tones of charcoal smoke and sweet traces.
Flavor: It delivers its olfactory promise, leaving in mouth feelings of spicy caramel, and a long-lasting elegant and sweet finish.
